At Stars & Strauss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
